Site survey, feasibility review, and sequencing plan before mobilisation, with permits and site logistics confirmed against the project programme.

Technical Coordination & Shop Drawings
Shop drawings prepared and cross-checked against structural and MEP requirements before work starts on site, so technical queries are resolved before they reach the crew.

Construction Execution
Structural works, subcontractor coordination, and trade sequencing under daily site supervision, with progress tracked against the programme.

Finishing & Quality Control
Architectural finishing works, material inspection, and QA/QC checks at each stage, with snagging closed out before handover.

Handover
As-built drawings, warranties, and handover documentation delivered with the completed project.
