This 620 m² residential building in Ain Qani, El Chouf, stands as one of Group Four's most architecturally ambitious ongoing projects in Mount Lebanon. Designed for Mr. Firas Breish, the multi-level structure was conceived to work with the natural hillside rather than against it — terracing down the slope to create distinct living zones across each floor, all oriented toward unobstructed views of the surrounding valleys and ridgelines of El Chouf.

Design & Construction Details

The architecture is firmly contemporary: large cantilevered balconies, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and a restrained palette of concrete, glass, and locally sourced stone. Stone cladding anchors the lower terraces to the hillside, giving the structure a grounded, Lebanese mountain identity. An outdoor swimming pool with landscaped poolside lounging extends the living experience into the open air, while lush greenery wraps the property on all sides. Structural work on this elevated site required deep excavation, reinforced retaining walls, and carefully staged concrete pours — challenges our team navigated through the same methodical approach we bring to every residential construction project in Lebanon.
