This residential villa, designed for Mr. Louay Beaini, rises confidently from the hillside terrain of Mazraa in El Chouf, Lebanon. Spanning 190 m² across two thoughtfully proportioned stories, the villa brings together the warmth of natural stone cladding and the openness of large glass windows — a pairing that defines modern residential construction in the El Chouf region.
The Beaini villa takes a confident position on its Mazraa plot — a flat roof crowns the two-story volume, giving the building a clean, modern silhouette that reads well against the open El Chouf skyline. Stone cladding anchors the lower register of the façade, grounding the structure in regional materiality, while large glass panels on the upper level flood the interior with natural light and frame views of the surrounding landscape. The balconies, finished with refined metal railings, create layered horizontal planes that add depth and rhythm to the elevation.
