This residential villa, designed for Mr. Rawad Zeinedinne, is currently taking shape on an elevated plot in Botmi, El Chouf, commanding sweeping views of the surrounding hillsides and valley. At 1,700 m², the project is one of the most expansive private residences Group Four has undertaken in the Chouf region, combining traditional Mediterranean character with spacious, contemporary living.
The villa's facade features a warm beige finish with decorative architectural elements — arched windows and doors, classical mouldings, and neatly landscaped surroundings with trimmed shrubs on a paved forecourt. The orange-tiled roof anchors the composition in a distinctly Mediterranean idiom that reads elegantly against the green hillsides of Botmi. Multiple upper-level balconies extend the living space outward, creating a natural dialogue between the interior and the open landscape of El Chouf.
Group Four Engineering & Contracting is managing the full construction scope on this Botmi site — from initial earthworks and slope stabilisation on the hilly terrain, through structural framing, façade cladding, and the installation of the outdoor sports facility. Heavy machinery has been active throughout the site preparation and structural phases, with works progressing steadily across the five-year project timeline.
